火花塞安装使用说明

对照车型适用表，正确选择火花塞型号。
准备工作：让发动机冷却，拆卸和安装前清洁火花塞安装部位．以免异物落入汽缸；用手将火花塞旋入火花
塞安装孔，注意火花塞不要歪斜，以免拧坏丝扣。
按规定的扭矩（附表1）用力矩扳手将火花塞拧紧。
最大安装力矩值适用于螺纹无润滑剂的新火花塞，如螺纹已被润滑，则力矩值应该1/3左右，以避免过应力。
如果没有力矩扳手，请按（附表2）规定的回转角拧紧。


1、用手将火花塞拧入气缸盖，防止乱扣。	2、用扳手快速将火花塞拧入气缸盖；不能过度用力，密封面与气缸盖贴合即可。	3、按规定的力矩用力扳手拧紧。
